TimeTrex Time and Attendance

PHP 7.0, Postgresql 10.1, Ubuntu 16.04

2 users assigned to same permission group. 1 user can see punches for themselves and others, other user cannot on same browser, computer (replicated across multiple browsers and computers). Does anything other than permission group affect whether punches are viewable? User that CANNOT see punches does see hour totals for week and pay period in summary.
