TimeTrex Time and Attendance

Hello,

We use bar-code cards at stations to transfer between departments. The employee scans the department card first, then their employee card. Works great, however when they punch in to a department, we lose a minute between transfers. I am sure this is an issue with rounding, but we have not been able to correct this. Any suggestions? See example below.

Employees should be performing a "Transfer" punch when moving between departments which avoids any lost time between punches. TimeTrex has several features built-in to make this process easier or even fully automated for the employee as well.

However, our employees do not have access to timetrex and are not able to perform or select a transfer because they are using a station that only scans and reports their punches only. I believe what I am looking for is to have the system automatize the transfers. Where can I find more information for this process?

If your employees aren't using TimeTrex directly, I'm not sure there is much we can do to help you.
