Absence Policy not calculated as expected on timesheet

Community Edition v11.5.0
As you can see on the attached timesheet our Absence Policy "Læge" (doctor) don't calculate the Total Time as expected - handwritten.
Does someone have a clue what's are missing in the setup?

I'm not seeing any "Regular Time" on the employees timesheet, under Policy -> Regular Time policy, do you have any defined there, and are they assigned to employees through the Policy Group?

It's solved for me now.
I haven't assigned the employess to the Policy Group.
