New Policy

There are three values of drop downwhile doing in/out that is (Norml,Lunch,Break) Can i add another value to this drop down.

My goal is if employee punch in at the morning and after 2 hours he start working on any task and he will punch in again and mentioning that task in extra field. After completion of work on that task he will punch out again mentioning task in extra field. Now he will punch out when he will going out from the office.

Normal Punch in--> 09:00 am
punch in--> 11:00am (specific task)
punch out--> 02:00pm (same task)
Normal Punch out -->06:00 PM

Total Today time: 09:00 Hours
Total Time on Task: 03:00 hours


Can i achive this please guide.

What you are looking for is a Transfer punch, which allows employees to switch between jobs/tasks. TimeTrex Community Edition allows employees to transfer between Branches and Departments, however if you want additional fine grained tracking of job/tasks you would need to upgrade to TimeTrex Corporate Edition which has a full job costing module.
