I just have one more problem, Need to turn off the debug buffer at the bottom of the page. Could you throw me a bone here?

In your timetrex.ini.php, set:

[debug]
enable = FALSE
enable_display = FALSE
buffer_output = FALSE
enable_log = FALSE
verbosity = 0
