TimeTrex Time and Attendance

We have been using the same pay period schedule for 3 years, but today it won't let me create the period for October. When I enter 10/1/2021 12:00 AM as the start date, I get a "conflicting start date" error. The prior period end date is 9/30/21 11:59 pm. I have tried changing the start date to 10/2/21 but get the same error.

Any ideas on the fix?

"Conflicting start date" means a pay period that covers that date already exists.
