Pay stub vs Timesheet hours

Why do pay stubs show more hours than the timesheet every week?

Example: last week the employees timesheet shows 37.35 hours, the pay stub after running payroll shows hours at 37.58.

I looked back at prior weeks, the system has been doing this since we started using it in June.

Here are the attachments showing what I am seeing, from a previous week. The calculations on the timesheet are not even computed correctly.

You may be confusing time-based calculations (:) with decimal calculations (.). For example an employee punching In at 8:37AM and punching Out at 4:57PM has a total hours worked of 7 hours and 26 minutes using time-based units while the total would be 7.43 hours using decimal.

Specifically for your issue, the timesheet for the week of October 11, 2021 to October 17, 2021 shows 37:35 or 37 hours and 35 minutes while the pay stub shows 37.58 hours which is 37 hours and 35 minutes in decimal.
