Heritage day is listed as a stat holiday but is not paying out for this pay period...in the middle of payroll of course!

Can you please send a screenshot of a timesheet where its incorrect, as well as screenshot of each tab of Holiday Policy that is assigned to that employee.

Heritage day is set as a recurring holiday but in the last screen shot it isn't listed between Jan 1 and Good Friday??

There were only 5 stat holidays selected under holiday policy stats so I selected moved and saved heritage day but now how do I recalculate payroll

I recalculated their timesheets to no avail...can I process payroll as is and amend on next payroll...they are waiting on paychecks

If Heritage Day was not assigned as a recurring holiday to the holiday policy, once its added, it will only affect next year. To add it retroactively you must edit the Holiday Policy, click the "Holidays" tab, and manually add it to that list as well. That should cause the timesheets to automatically be calculated, but you can manually calculate them if you want as well.

it is added under the holidays tab and is now showing up on the timesheet as a stat but it is not recalculating the timesheets to lpay for the stat holiday....I am brand new at this as my former partner left and I am now doing payroll myself...how do I manually calculate the timesheets?

If you go to the employees timesheet on the stat holiday, click the "Recalculate TimeSheet" icon at the top right.

Timesheets are all correct so now how do I print the adjusted paystub?

To process payroll and generate pay stubs based on updated TimeSheet information, you can go to Payroll -> Process Payroll and follow the on-screen instructions.

processed payroll that is set to post adjustment instead of closed...generate paystub..failed/emoloyee has normal (in cycle) pay stub for this period...view paystub and not adjusted reflecting post adjustment for missed stat holiday but timesheet is correct....should I change normal (in cycle) to Bonus/correction (out of cycle)? what am I Missing :Z

Unfortunately its not clear what state your system is currently in and what you are trying to accomplish. We would need more details to assist you further, or you may want to consider purchasing an extended support package so you can talk to one of our support staff who can walk you through what you need.
