Got "need to update" message but can't find a download

I got the following message:

NOTICE: There is a new version of TimeTrex available.
This version may contain tax table updates necessary for accurate payroll calculation, we recommend that you upgrade as soon as possible.
The latest version can be downloaded from: www.TimeTrex.com

I am using v. 3.2.1 linux 32bit but when I went to download, it only gave me the same 3.2.1 version. Is there actually an update or is the update for windows only or is my Timetrex going crazy?

The mirrors can take a little while to update, I would give it another try, or try a different mirror.
