I got the following message: NOTICE: There is a new version of TimeTrex available. The latest version can be downloaded from: www.TimeTrex.com I am using v. 3.2.1...

Re: Unique hours for security guards...Punch out messed up
Ok, the Admin Guide warns about setting it too high and to avoid the 24 hour mark; as the station where punching is done is in a secured location (no one has access to it w/o my presence) there can be no accidental "I forgot to clock in/out" so would it still be an issue if I set the Maxim...

Re: remove zip code requirement for international?
No; after a test it only returned an error for no phone number or no address. Sorry for the false issue. I guess when I saw the red * next to Zip, I assumed it wouldn't let you continue as with the other ones.

Re: remove zip code requirement for international?

remove zip code requirement for international?
Not sure where else to put this, but is it possible for future versions to not require a zip code to be entered if you select a non-US country? It's nice when I selected Tanzania that it disabled the State option, but it still is requiring a zip code

Unique hours for security guards...Punch out messed up
We have a unique schedule where a guard who works at night, works all day; so clock in sunday 18:00, clock out at monday 18:00, but when they come to clock out, it says "In" does Timetrex assume they forgot to clock out? How do I change this?

Re: Alternate way for employees to log on in order to clock in..
Getting any new technology here in Africa is a bit of an issue; if they will work with Macintoshs (I'm using old mac -minis as log-in terminals) then I will definitely check into the hardware. In the mean time, is there anyway to automatically punch in by just typing in their username/password? i.e....

Alternate way for employees to log on in order to clock in..
I have a strange situation. I run a small (8 employees total) non-prof organization in Tanzania East Africa. Six of these employees can not read / write and quite frankly are deathly afraid of computers / keyboards. Is there any possibly way to log in and clock in/out by just clicking on some series...
